Anyone know where I can find halloween costumes for a 4month old baby girl? I tried Party Packagers, but their costumes start from 6mths.

you'll probably find better prices at the shops mentioned above but I noticed a ton of costumes in toys r us last week. I don't know for sure about finding costumes for 4 mths but I imagine you could as they have that huge babies r us section. good luck.

Carters/OshKosh at Winston Churchill and Argentia may have something - the ones in the states usually do.
