I met my husband there 20 years ago. But It has sure changed since then. You would still get brandsaver I highly doubt that you would get the inserts but that is just my guess.

I have got the Sunday Sun paper and it had the insert in it when I was in Cold Lake.
I have used coupons there at Walmart and Canadian Tire. No problems. At Canadian Tire, I had brought my $1 off any Snuggles this summer , and it was on sale for a buck, I used up all the coupons I had, and it was painless there.

I lived there for 4 years and as far as stores you only have a limited selection, a No Frills, Sobeys and then Walmart. As far as Coupons I am not sure I never used them there but I don't see that you should have a problem. Hopefully you can still find the tearpads there
