superstore pink stickers plus coupons

I went to superstore, they had tons of poly to go for 50% off with a pink sticker, i tried to use a printable $3 off coupon. The cashier told me that you can not coupon on a pink sticker item. I didn't know this. Has it always been this way or is this new?

I still got the poly to go, it was under $4 taxed in and i wanted one for our travel bag when we go to Punta Cana...still a good deal

REALLY! sucks. maybe this is brand new. she wasnt rude to me, totally apologetic about it. i was hoping to get it for nearly free. they had a huge bin too and i was excited to post it on SC to let everyone know...i should do my research lol

Someone e-mailed head office and they stated that you're allow to use coupons on a pink sticker item. You might have gotten a cashier that was misinformed.

Yes, totally misinformed cashier. I emailed the HO about 1 month ago because I had the same problem, and yes, you can use a coupon on pink stickered items.
