So I was excited and now I'm deflated. From Tigger to Eyeore. Did 4 tasks - thought they all worked -- didn't really look at what came up after the submit page and I got credit for one.

RedEng - I went back, opened one of the casino tasks again, submitted feedback under the "Help button in the upper right letting them know it didn't work. I'm hoping they'll credit me. Grrr.

what kind of photo and statements?

you need to do this to register with paypal? never heard of that before...though I registered over 12 years ago..

Yea its paypal.com (is that right?) and I entered with my cc. It has my account as limited now, basically unusable but now I can't delete it. Stupid! Wants photo ID and copy of statement with proof of address. I don't even send that to the government.

That's odd for Paypal. Maybe because you don't have a credit card to enter? Or did you click "small business"?

when you opened your account you should have had 3 choices - personal, premier, and business - you would want to choose personal

when you log in, it should say what account you have - right under where it says "Welcome, your name" - it should say "account type: personal", if you did choose to open a personal account

Did you try refreshing first? The other day I got a "the page is down" message after submitting and refreshed which took me to the submitted task page, but I believe others on here didn't get the points when they tried to get away from the page down notice...

Thanks for your reply, but it wasn't an error page. I don't remember the exact wording and I didn't take a screenshot, since I was trying to hurry to get as many tasks as I could. It was something along the lines of thanks for completing the task.

It didn't give you a choice of going back to the task list. My options were close the browser and reopen the task page, click Give-Up (seemed like a bad choice) or click the back arrow on the browser. I'll try again tomorrow and take a screenshot.

Just some tips for the Casino Tasks on SuperPoints.

When doing them from the TrialPay wall to ensure they credit:

After you complete them and the page says "Thanks, you'll get credit" (something like that), close both that tab and the casino page, then go back to the task page from the actual Crowdflower offer Complete Tasks - No credit card needed" on Trial Pay. If you do, you will get credit for completing it. If you don't, you may or may not get credit.

Previously I was having issues with them not crediting even though it said "Thanks" and said I'd receive credit. Now that I close the windows and go back to the task page from the TrialPay every time I get credit. It makes it take a wee bit longer, but I haven't missed a credit from one I've been told "Thanks"

Another tip for RBOD (Red Box of Death) on the tasks. Go to the page they ask for before filling out any of the information (just remember what google page and what # on the page it was) wait for about 5 seconds before going to the "Featured Games" and then click on it. Once you've done that, wait a couple more seconds, then go back to the task and click the completed box. If no RBOD you're good to go. If you STILL get the RBOD, do not refresh, just click "Give Up".

Sometimes it will allow you to go back to the task and try again and it will be all good. Sometimes it will say you "Thanks, you've done all the work you can", but I found if I refreshed it that it wouldn't allow me to try it again.

Another tip, close everything else other than SuperPoints and the offers (no Facebook, Hotmail, other browsers). I found the combination of all of these things give me the highest chance that I won't get the RBOD and I can complete more tasks.

Yup mine is a personal account. It's basically useless now and storing my info.

Oh, I thought that was normal! Thats what I always get after submitting. Then I just close the google and task pages, and refresh the TrialPay window back in SuperPoints then click Crowdflower again to do another task. Seems floweredangel does the same and it seems to work...

Great tips, floweredangel, that's how I do the tasks too, except I always click on the 'completed' box on the task page before I go to Featured Games on the casino page.

I found that doing it after I click Featured Games gave me a better chance to not have RBOD so I just started doing that.

Then I go back and check the box and fill in the rest of the work.

I sometimes have issues on the first task that I choose giving me the RBOD so if it doesn't correct itself shortly by unclicking and reclicking the box I "Give Up" and 5 out of 10 times I'll get to try it again. If I "refresh" it will boot me out and say "Thanks, but can't do anymore" or whatever the message is.
