Air Miles on Sobeys GCs

I got an envelope from Air Miles in the mail today. There were lots of Sobeys coupons in there (we get AM instead of Club Sobeys in Atlantic Canada).

I didn't see notice this one until later, but there was one in there to get a $10 GC when you buy a $100 GC when you use your AM card. And you can buy up to five and get $50 in free GCs.

While I didn't think DH would approve of my spending $500 on GCs, I did spend $200 and got two $10 GCs. I'll easily spend that!

I was in line behind someone who was doing something with coupons and gift cards, I had wondered what they were doing...I hope that I get that in the mail.

I did that at sobeys tonight and together with the other coupons that came in that very same batch ended up saving about 30$ in all. We also made away with 76 airmiles (after base points + multiplier then bonus miles) for a 200$ grocery order...yay!

PS i got this coupon offer in an email from airmiles, and i got it in my paper mail too so this is trip 2 for us.
