Yes, Rexall doesn't have a coupon policy - therefore you can use printables.
Never had a problem and purchase items there weekly with coupons.

Used one a few days ago without a hitch! It was for more then the amount of the product, so she adjusted it. My other Rexall won't adjust them, they just refuse them if they more. But never had a problem with printed ones.
