MIR random question..

when filling out multiple MIR forms and submitting to multi addresses (for example the current kellogs gas MIR) do you use your name for all the addresses? (say sending to your house and your parents) or do you use a different name for a different location? (mail yours to your house, a set under your parents name to their house)

If I have already done the rebate in my name, then I use another person's name if I am sending another rebate to another address. For example, I use my husband's name at his mother's address. At any other address I just use the name of whoever is letting me use the address - grandma, brother, aunt, whoever If the rebate is in cheque form it gets a bit messier, but I have never had trouble depositing a cheque in my husband's name in my own account if he's signed the back (and he is not on my account, and we have different last names).

thanks.. i've done it that way in the past.. i was kinda curious if others do as well..

If it's a MIR that's a gift card then I use the name of the person at the address, but if it's a cheque then I use my name and hope for the best.
