    Haha aw, no - I mean the people that posy at least once a day on their page that they didn't get a sample, they're a "loyal" customer etc etc and then bash the company because they didn't get free stuff from them.

    If anyone is able to order their samples, please post so that at least we know that they are released. I have been trying all weekend and nothing yet, but I know it's going to be soon. Really love their samples and can't wait to get them and their coupons

    Never got mine...didn't complain anywhere...don't think I'm greedy or unthankful...just unluckly!

    I do think, however, if a company offers free stuff, they should send it. Lots of people I know haven't received theirs and wouldn't lie about it.

    A lot of my friends didn't receive theirs this time either. It's probably just backed up. I haven't had any problems with them before, it always came eventually

    I am confused. Am I going to have to 'like' the facebook page in order to get the sample packs now? or can I still login to their website and order them like I have been for 2 years? I have a facebook account but leave it on lock down for only family.

    I agree, I do know of people who signed up (without submitting multiples for family members) and never got anything. I also know of someone who signed up herself, her Mom etc etc and they never got a thing. Maybe they've noticed that and it falls under the "multiple requests get deleted" thing.

    Sorry to hear you never got yours though - that's happened to me once, but I did submit something for my Mom to get one as well. Since then I've ordered only for me and have gotten them.

    got some nice stuff...Gain, Panteen, Crest, Cascade, Dawn Ultra, and Gillette razor and men's gillette creams and shampoos and stuff, as well as some head and shoulders.
