    Are you talking about the August samples or are you saying she hasn't received the October samples YET? It doesn't matter you live in the same city, they receive 1,000s of requests, that's a lot of boxes to assemble!

    I think it's quite understandable they can't assemble and ship in the same day. Even if you ordered both 'at the same time', there were probably hundreds to order in between, considering your samples were ordered with two different P&G accounts.
