I have spent the past week trying to get in touch with the last passenger as their envie has not arrived. I have been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, as CP is erratic at the moment. However, I don't want to keep you all waiting. So I have decided to send the train home tomorrow, with or without them. If their envie doesn't arrive today, the coupons you sent for them will be returned. All envies are checked and packed, really just waiting for the last person. It's unfortunate to do so, but having PM'd the rider, posted on their wall and contacted other conductors who have that passenger on their trains, I have decided that it is best to go on without them. When their envie arrives here, it will be returned to them.
