Printable Coupons at SDM!

So last week I was refused my printable livingwell.ca coupon (listerine) at SDM here in Niagara Falls on Lundys lane simply because it was printed.
It followed all stipulations on the SDM coupon policy and it was even printed in colour! The cashier told me that their store never takes them and they didnt have to because the owner said no!
I was angry of course so I wrote an email to customer service.
Today head office called me and told me I WAS RIGHT and they were wrong!! They will be getting in sh*t today for not following proper procedures!!

Not the first time....about a month ago I was at the same one (on Sat) and asked for a raincheck and was told I coud have one but not for the Saturday only price. I said forget it and also called head office and they said yes I should have got it for the Saturday price. Then she called me back and said a raincheck was ready to be picked up. I simply said not necessary I price matched it at Walmart with no problem. I know they got blasted and yet they still continue the non sense

So I went last night, printable bandaid coupon ready to go... I get t the cash, Im all anxious and excited, then BAM, the $2.99 bandaids rang in at $5.99. SCOP!! I didnt even get to use my coupon haha

Can you please explain SCOP to me? I have heard about it but not sure how you go about asking the cashier to do it and I'm not sure if I fully understand it.

Also I went in that SDM once for a raincheck on Saturday price and they told me no too! Now I'm peeved!!
