shopper's clearance ?

I've been reading about all the deals others are finding at their SDM on the clearance rack and jealous since I never find items on clearance. I usually shop at SDM in Vic Sq.
I'm wondering if anyone else is finding items there and I'm just showing up on the wrong day or time, or if I'm not the only one. Maybe I'd have better luck going to a different store?

I find that it is more luck than anything else ... I love the clearance racks in the Cornwall Shoppers when they are up (my favorite all round because they have tons of good products cheap). I also have some luck at the Shoppers by the General Hospital ... the others I have not been as lucky with in general.

The Park Street location will have a rack up now and again, but it is definitely hit and miss
