Unfortunately I cannot post the specials as yet, because I was told by an employee and they could get in Uknowwhat. I can tell you...they are awesome. I'll post them as soon as I can.

I saw a CFTO (CTV) report about the opening tonight. Pat Foran's Consumer Alert segment mentioned they are opening Monday (Dec. 10th.) This I know was Lowes' original opening date as per their website http://www.lowes.ca/ but they now say on the site Dec. 14th. Hmmm, reporter error or is their a sneak peak???

I would say a sneak peak. The Hamilton one is right near us, and it's not open as yet.

Well it appears there are a few people from Hamilton. My uncle lives around the corner from the Hamilton store. I'm up on the mountain. I'm looking forward to the opening.

Does anyone know if they will be matching their US prices on appliances or atleast having any good deals on appliance for their opening. I have been wait till they open to buy (and hoping to get a deal)?

They opened today. I just called. Opened to the public but Grand Opening is Friday. B-B-Q is on sale just about any other place that still has them on the floor. I need a dishwasher..... any hints for that??
