Newbie Couponing advice!

I live in Moncton and was wondering if there are ways to save here with coupons? If so, where is the best place to find coupons, how to get started etc? My household runs on a very low income and this surely would help us a lot if there was a way of saving here in Moncton. thanks for any help!!

My best advice is to know your prices (so you can recognize a good deal). Also, check this site regularly to know what coupons to look for, know that most items go on sale every three months, know the stores' coupon policies, and don't be afraid to trade. I watched this site for more than a year before deciding to join. Here it is three years later, I've never had a bad trade, and I still check this site regularly...

I keep a list of coupons I have found and what stores they are at on my blog. If you check out my facebook page, there are links to my blog as well.
Best tip is to start with one or two things you use regularly and figure out what the best prices are for those, match with coupons and get even more savings. You can save alot of money if you have a plan.
Take the time to learn how to coupon and ask lots of questions!
