Walmart started giving me issues as well so I just take their flyer and go to Zellers, I PM and use the SPC card and they don't harass me about cpns. one Stop Shop with an extra 10%.

When price matching at Zellers, do they price match % off, like Walmarts 30% off the tylenol?

I don't think you can PM % anywhere, only actual prices.


I used 2 of the printed tylenol coupons at deerfoot WM with no problem at all today also used 2 of the cold fx printed coupons too. When using printed coupons, I always look for the male cashier

Good hint!! I went to a young female cashier last night and she didn't even verify expiry dates.... The middle age ESL cashier I had yesterday at Deerfoot couldn't read english and just said to me... "you have read these, and they are all good?" Which they were, but wow that is trusting!

So....I would like to propose an LD staff appreciation by us Just go to the LD website and go under contact us. Send in a positive comment about your favourite cashier. I was talking to Donna from the LTS location and she said that they get a card, good comments posted in staff area for all to see, and a chance at winning GCs and prizes when they receive positive feedback from customers. I just kind of feel like this is the least we could do for these wonderful cashiers that are always so willing to help us

I have used the London Drug comment section for a complaint they get on them quick (had a phone call from store manager next day) Glad to see they are just as fast for good customer service

Good point i've always loved Zellers but i don't have a location that close to me .. i just wish walmart could have good customer service..
