How sad! I've been entering codes on OMNI for a LONG time now and have even won a $50 Old Navy GC last year off the site! BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT about a month and a half ago i used my pts in the Vault and won a set of 3 children's books. I contacted them 5 times to no avail regarding the methods of payment they take for shipping prizes out and how to go about paying for them to be shipped. You only have 1 month to claim your prize and they never replied to me at all so i lost out on all those points and the prize, so needless to say, i won't be entering points on their site any longer. This is just a head's up for everyone!

@Freebiechick.....I have won many prizes when the program first started and mostly went and picked them up , but whenever I chose to have it mailed I was never disappointed and the person in charge, Miranda Salvatore, was always very prompt in e-mailing ....so my experience has always been A++, sorry that you missed out on your prize
