Someone posted here that it was better to buy the perfume sampler pack prior to buying any full bottle of perfume.

Would buying the sampler have any impact on this points experiment?

You get points on the sampler...if you redeem the voucher later, the bottle may have bonus points which you would get

For transaction 1, you need to buy two different giftcards to get the 8k pts. So maybe $100 on SDM GC, and $50 others?

Doubtful it means 2 different as in one SDM and one other store.

Not sure if you can combine the two promotion. On the coupon, it does indicate that can't combine with other bonus points promotion.

Cashier will scan coupon, register will give you 20x. SDM is fully aware that their promos overlap

Could you shed some lights on the details of Lancome GWP?

I'm just wondering that because the 10,000 BP offer says "Not to be used with any other Shopper`s Optimum Points Promotion or offers", that they would make you chose between 20X your points on cosmetics or the 10,000 BP coupon which needs to be scanned AND won't show up until Dec 7th on your Points total.........

As long as someone HAS plus it should work.

Again, I don't think that is what that means. For the most part you would have to buy 2 to add up to $150 because of the available denominations

So I was planning on buying some GC's on the 5th in order to hit PLUS status, and then do a shop in order to get the 20x points and hopefully use the 10,000 BP coupon for PLUS members. Just not sure how fast the status is updated...
I realize the 10,000 may not work if I combine it with the 20x points, but I will take a chance.

I just got Plus member last month and it said on my receipt as soon as a I got it!

From my experience with the plus bonus coupon last year, you can not use it during a 20X event, your plus bonus points will not be awarded

I have tried this as well with a 20X points and it was NOT applied. I wouldnt try it again because it will put a up on your account maybe.

I dont remember when it was but I tried a plus members coupon with the 20X points.. I just dont want to take the chance again. I know that the 8000BP baby one will work but the Plus member emails are different then those.
