So, I am not sure how many of you read my complaint with the Bargain Store regarding not being able to use a coupon on an item that was on sale, but long story short, I emailed them to get their official policy on this. After 2 emails and over 3 weeks of waiting for a response, I finally got one and it is not good. I know many of you are able to use coupons on items that are on sale and have bragged about it, but according to the email I was sent, they claim they don`t accept coupons on sale items (which are said to be offers). Here is the official response I got:

Thank you for taking the time to contact tb!s with your inquiry. It is tb!s policy that we do not accept coupons on items with other offers. Feedback from our customers is truly appreciated, so again thank you.

    Regards,

    Trish Scheffler
    Executive Administrative Assistant `

After my negative experience and this email on their policy, I won`t be buying anything at the Bargain Store in the future. Good luck to all others who use coupons there though and I wish you many good deals!

weird how they make their own coupons for sale items. I wonder if they accept their own 10% off coupie on their sale items.

That sucks She had a very vague reply though.

I think that is nonsense, these coupons get refunded to them penny for penny!

I would write or call again, the response you got was from an executive admin assistant...It makes no sense at all, maybe someone higher up in the command chain would give a more appropriate response.

I know, and that is why I find this soooo frustrating! I am glad some are able to use them, I just don't understand why it is different where I live.
