Well I called them and no answer..so e-mailed them instead..this is very odd..going to see if there was indeed a lottery for today as I swear I don't recall seeing it in the magazine unless I missed it somewhere..

I checked the magazine and on page 146 it definitely says October 1st. The lottery is for Marcelle lipstick and mascara.
