Pre-Order Bluray Question

On Friday I sent my DH to SDM with my Optimum card, a printed out pre-order form for Harry Potter and a $10 Surprise Card I got in a trade. The price advertised for the Bluray was $28.99 but if you preordered by Nov. 3rd, you'd get an additional $5 off making it just $23.99. Using my $10 GC would bring it down to just $13.99!

Anyway he got home and I saw that they had charged me $31.99 for the Bluray, less the $5, when it was advertised at $28.99. The cashier apparently had no idea what she was doing and knew that it was wrong, but she had followed the instructions listed on the printout. She made a copy of my receipt and said she would leave a message for the Manager to call me.

Anyway, he never called me so I sent off an email to SDM customer service. I'm just wondering though, because it scanned in at the wrong price, should I still be able to get a SCOP on it?
