wow, I was very impressed. I was worried initiallly because the recording indicated higher than normal call volumes but my wait was only 30 seconds. The rep was wonderful and told me to call back once a month to get more coupons. She was very customer friendly!

it took me about 3 minutes and 16 seconds to request my aveeno coupon. pretty fast.

Walmart wouldn't let me use the FPC on any of the basket as they said that is more than one item...

i got the package last week, 1 free replacement coupon, 3 $1 off coupon.
but on the back of free replacement coupon is without the 3D hologram, which means i can't use it (void without the 3d hologram), so i called to JNJ again they said they will send the package to me again. hv to wait 5-10 days...

I just called the 1-877-223-9807 # The lady was so awesome!!! She said they were going to send me a bunch of coupons! And told me to call back on June 1st to request more coupons and to tell all of my friends to call also.

She said when I call back to request more, I could ask for 2 packs
Ex. 1 baby pack and 1 first aid pack etc. etc.

I recieved it yesturday. In it was 1 free replacement product coupon, 3 1 dollar off coupons and 1 1.50 off aveno coupon. Also the staff was extremely friendly on the phone

Usually it comes with at least 1 FPC for any johnsons product, and a few $1 - $3 off coupons. thats what it was when I signed up for it last year anyway.

Gonna call in and do it this year, so I can pass the savings off to a friend who is having a baby in August

Although you are allowed to call every month for coupons, You're only allowed to call once for the New Parents Pack. They only send it once to an address, I just called them to get some for my mommy to be friends, and they said due to privacy laws, I can't send the new parents pack to them, but they can send me coupons to distribute.

they also asked if I wanted just J&J or the Aveeno baby coupons aswell.

I know of a couple grandmas that successfully ordered the Parents Pack! Might be worth it to try.

I just called JNJ to request Aveeno baby coupon and first aid pack and they said they do not have any first aid pack?!

She said since they had sent me the New Parent Pack in April ... she is only going to send me two more coupons ...
