My SDM likes to decide that there's a 4 limit rule when there's no limit specified.

Yeah, pretty much. Even for items that are not on sale.

I remember doing a bonus redemption once, where they encourage you to "spend your points"
and being told that I couldn't get 5 loaves of bread, bread that wasn't even on sale. 
It's happened a few times since then, depending on the cashier. Imagine me trying to walk out of there with just greenworks for my 20X!
I wish there was another one near my home that doesn't have these issues. There's a few downtown where I work but they don't carry groceries.
I have to buy milk, eggs and bread anyway, so I think between that, the satin care and greenworks I should be fine. I have to do a spreadsheet.
