if you google stacking rules (or email both companies) you will find their coupon policies that outline stacking.. i'd suggest if your new to coupons don't run out stacking right away..

Well this would of been handy to read before I tried to stack at the terminal SOF. I just assumed they all did. Well lesson learned - won't go there anymore, will stick to the other two. Would also explain why that SOF had stock and none of the others do haha.

The rules at the Saanich one are basically that you can't stack on BOGO items, the coupons have to be from different sources (ex. insert, printables, tearpad, websaver.ca, or save.ca etc.), and can't have any stipulations on the coupons stating "no other manufacturing coupons to be used" (ex. P&G Brandsaver coupons).

I've also run into SOF cashiers stating there needs to be a UPC code (ie. Bar code) on the coupon for them to stack .... in the case of the Dove coups - they have a "coupon code" not a UPC code (so I've been told) ... so they can't accept more than one per product......
they also may not adjust the coup to stay within the product price --- ie ... if your coups add up to $10 and the product is $9.50 ... they won't allow the last coupon.... maybe not all cashiers but that's what I've experienced so far.... Otherwise very happy with being able to stack some food coupons!

It really depends on how the cashier interprets the stacking rules ..... I've had some at SOF just automatically adjust the last coupon - no questions - and others hand the last coupon back to me..... I don't think they realize that the company gets the full coupon value from the manufacturer regardless.
