Hopefully someone can help me and explain how I can add new folders to my Inbox? I've created the folders so I can move all trades to a folder and trains to another folder but when i click on posts i want to move, then click move to folder at bottom page i can't see the folders i've created to move them to. Just want to clean up my inbox a bit and stay organized. Sorry hope i'm making sense with this question.*Warning* I use a computer, but don't speak the language if you know what i mean, please keep advice simple for me sorry but thanks

Click on User CP at the top left - on the side you will see a section for Private messages - click on EDIT FOLDERS and it will load a screen that will allow you to add sub folders to your PM inbox

If your side menu looks anything like this (which means you created the subfolders in the right spot)
Then go in to your PM inbox & select a PM (or more) and leave the dropdown as default (Move to folder) but hit the GO button
Then on the next screen, choose the subfolder to move the messages to

Thanks again for your help, my side menu has my folders but they don't show up in my drop down, so maybe i didn't create folders properly? I'll delete and try again.

On this screen - click edit folders
You should then get this screen which allows you to add new folders at the bottom

No worries, I've been in the computer industry for a long time so having patience when helping someone with an issue is second nature

No problem; considering the amount of PMs we can hold, people may need to organize their inbox and hopefully it helps
