The last pack of cheese slices I bought didn't say what thickness they were which I thought was super weird & they seem super thick so I called today to find out what they are & was told they are thin. I asked if they still make extra thin & looked & said the only other size they make is thick

Never knew there were any which were extra-thin.
I just go by the number of slices per kg, then I know if they are regular or thick.
The regular ones are thin enough, sometimes you can see through them anyway!

Extra thin are sometimes hard to find but they've always made them. My mom used to have to buy me extra thin & my brother thick. If she ever bought just thin I would press it thinner lol

I just thought there was regular and thick, like the grilled cheese ones that only have 16 slices compared to the 24. I dont like the thick ones.

Same, Sally - I don't like the grilled cheese ones.

If you're not fond of the regular thickness, two sheets of saran wrap and a rolling pin will do the trick.
