Today at walmart, we SCOP 2 bags of Cooked frozen shrimp. The sign said $8.00 but they scanned for $8.88, so after my DH when through another cash to get the second bag. We love shrimp!! Then my DH wanted Dawn of the Dead 4 dvd set. It scanned at $19.83, but the sticker on it said $15.83, so I though the casher would olny take off the $10.00. But when I checked my receipt she had put it in for free as well.

You were lucky to get SCOP on the dvd. SCOP does NOT apply to price ticketed items (anything with a price sticker directly on the item). Good job on catching the first bag of shrimp though.

I have a question...isn't it a bit dishonest to take advantage of a SCOP by going back to buy more or telling someone else to buy more before the store has had a chance to fix their mistake?
I'm not saying anything against you in particular, I just wondered what people thought about that. I was in line behind someone at the grocery store today that got a SCOP and I thought 'darn I wish I'd bought some of that' but I decided it would be a bit suspicious and malicious to run and grab the item.
I'm just saying... Join Swagbucks already!

Shrimp is pretty yummy.
And yes, lucky on the DVD... doesn't apply to SCOP, and even if it did--it should have been the $5 something, lol.
Each to their own, I spose, (I say that a lot) on what one is willing to and not willing to do.
I too, would not be able to immedietly take advantage of the SCOP I just found. My WM, I think, has stepped up to the plate a bit more than they did a year ago at this time. They didn't even care, at all, when I told them of a SCOP as customer service (told them, not got one)... it was still there DAYS after, so then I did SCOP it, lol... then it changed... whew, WM and I have had some run ins!

Once I scop'd something a week after I bought it. They still had the price I thought I was getting posted, and the item still came up as $2 more. There was 2000 bp's attached to this item. So, I thought of how many people would have bought it in a week for $2 off and to get 2000 bp but never checked their bill, and would have actually been charged 9.99 instead of 7.99. I didn't get another, but I thought about it based on that. In the end I couldn't bring myself to do it haha. Wuss <--
