I use a bunch of coupons today @ SDM and I got:
2 x Studio Radical Gel
3 x degree Anti-perspirant
4 x Satin Care Sahving cream
7 x Secret Antiperspirant

OOP $18.08

I wish I was familair & had a little more time to post pic's.. but that's my deals. I informed DH when I came home and he didn't belive me until I shown him the receipt! He was even more happy since the gel and the Degree was for him.

(the only thing is that I didn't get the 20x SDM pts.. I don't if I should have.. but w/out the coupons my bill was over $50.00)

Yes 20 X was a one day event only on Sat ... I believe you shopped on Sun ( today ) ..hence no 20 X .

If you had the same receipt yesterday .. you would have got 20 X .

I think you would have got around 10,000 points extra yesterday for the same receipt & these points are worth $ 12 + on redemption days ... so basically your $ 18 OOP would/could have become only $ 6 OOP if you consider the points value

Imagine only $ 6 OOP for $ 50 worth of stuff

I don't shop @ SDM on a regualr basis.. so i'm learning to shop on saturdays.

is there always a promo on Sat's ( such as yesterday's promo 20x)?

Yes 20 X was a one day event only on Sat ... I believe you shopped on Sun ( today ) ..hence no 20 X .

If you had the same receipt yesterday .. you would have got 20 X .

20x promotion is sometimes on Sunday.Just look at the front page of the flyer to see when the 20x promotion is on at Shoppers.

They change it up, sometimes it is both Sat and Sun, sometimes it is only on cosmetics, sometimes its $50 and others $75

Not really ..it depends .

But the next 20 X promo is on Oct 23 ( Sat ) , maybe they will have equally great deals then to go with some of the coupons

I shopped at SDM on sat(Oct 23rd) , with tax and everything my total was $51, I used 2X $5 greenworks coupons and paid ~$41 and got 400 points only...I don't know if I am missing sth. It already happened twice with me. I would like to be more prepared for next one...please advise

it's because your subtotal (before tax) was below 50$, I believe! On Sat 9, I made 5 trips there, on 1 of those, my subtotal was 50.59 and Subtotal after cps was 8.59 , I still got 20x the points!

Make sure your subtotal before tax is over $50 then give them your coupons & Voila! you get 20x points without having to pay oop $50 plus tax! Its awesome!
