Update: Ok I called them and they said that the term and condition paper with car is older one and the current level is that shown on the back of reciepts, I was a little happy to see that but its fine.....

Hi, I got a new optimum card for my husband and while reading terms and conditions with new card noticed that point levels for redemption are different from those shown on reciepts.Points required on paper with new card are as:
    7,000-------$10
    15,000-------$25
    30,000-------$55
    40,000-------$75
    75000-------$150
have anyone noticed it and confirmed from HO, thes are a bit higher then shown on reciept,

I think that was the old terms on the opt points before they changed it on Canada Day '10

Interesting. If there is a change this is actually for the better (other than the slightly lower maximum redemption level.)
For comparison's sake let's look at the number of points needed per dollar of redemption:
    New levels
    700 pts/$ @ $10
    600 pts/$ @ $25
    545 pts/$ @ $55
    533 pts/$ @ $ 75
    500 pts/$ @$150

    vs

    "Traditional" or Old Points

    800 pts/$ @ $10
    733 pts/$ @ $30
    633 pts/$ @ $60
    588 pts/$ @ $85
    559 pts/$ @ $170
