To continue the weekly grocery brag. I try to stay between 50-75$ / week... Last week flyers didn't inspired me and I found nothing interesting in store so I only spend 18.41$... But this week I'm a little bit over 75$.

metro and me pts obtain = 22
(I look at my receipt, the pts balance was close to zero, so Métro is processing the new voucher, yeah!)

    Thanks!

yep, I like to go at Sami late in fall and in winter. I saw there this week fresh olive box, 7.3kg per box for 18.99$. Maybe next year I will try to fermented and do some olive, but this year I don't have time.

Awesome! What are you going to make with all those apples, and I'm wondering what variety they are?

Natalka, we are six here, so we will just eat them like that! I already have my apple sauce made in aug/sept for free (apple from my cousin and from an apple tree on the side on my road). DDs have one each day for collation at school. If you remember week #3, I bough 10 lbs of apple, this was not enough to cover 2 weeks here. After 8 days, no more apple and I made nothing with them!!!

The variety was not wrote at Sami, they only wrote "local apple", but I'm pretty sure those apples are Empire my favorite. This variety is ready at the end of october and is good for long term storage.
