Wlamrt would not give me my overage

just got a call from the manager at walmart lasalle who confirmed that their policy is to give overages. He told me to come in and they woul refund me my 3.06 plus they are giving me a 25.00 gc.
He also said he has informed his staff.

It pays to call...i am very happy with that 25.00 gc will go towards a xmas gift... We win!!!!!!!

Well the managers name is Carlos so if they do it again I will mention his name and if they don't give in, will call again and make another complaint until they get it right.
