I nap on the couch often, but rarely sleep overnight on it except last night & again tonight I will.
I cannot sleep in bed when I am sick with anything that affects my breathing, and since my chest x-rays from today came back positive for pneumonia, the couch is the only way I get a bit of sleep.

Only time I sleep on the couch, is accidently..when I am really tired and just sit for a few minutes before going to bed...still sitting up!
Otherwise..it is my bed! ... or the guest room if DH is sick...

Only when I'm really tired and take a nap or am sick and end up falling asleep. There is 2 ticking clocks in the room and one in a room not that far and they all tick at different times. So when it's quiet all you hear is tick, tick, tick and it drives me nuts.

Not that I enjoy sleeping on the couch however, it ensures that I know my kids have arrived safe and sound. The joys of having teens.

I'll sleep on the couch sometimes for a quick nap. The bed is for sleeping and for napping after those too-long shiftwork nights. I really like it when my cats come and curl up on top of me to snuggle and keep me warm; often, their purring will put me to sleep when I had just intended to sit down and read a book or watch TV!

No I dont... The Dog loves to sleep on the couch ( if I nap during the day in bed he sleeps right beside me, but at night time when I sleep alone he sleeps on the couch, waiting for DH to come home from work I suspect) DH does sometimes, he snores really loudly, and sometimes hes fallen asleep I just leave him there! LOL, or if hes too loud I kick him out and he sleeps on the couch... Hes getting some nasal polyps removed in a few weeks, so fingers crossed that cures his snoring!

I love to nap on our couch. Our dog loves to cuddle with me.
