I'm going this week.. can't wait to see if anything changed. If I have problems I'll call again. I have the personal number of the JC rep that called the meeting last time I complained. Last I heard their organizing a new training for all the employees ( educating on coupons) don’t think they’ll do it before the holidays though…

I went to the PJC on Gouin near Marcel Laurin to get the puffs to go for free with the coupon and the cashier and supervisor did not know how to handle the coupon. They tried telling me that they cannot accept it. I told them that I had called HO and was told to reduce the coupon to the value of the product. After that, no problem.

No problem at all for the puffs, hertel wasn't at .99 cents at my JC but I know they are that price in St-Jean. I have to go there tonight for my kid's Karate lessons so that works out well as for the pringles its a no-go
The coupons are for the bigger pack. ummm I want pringles....

Tonight I bought 22 boxes of Puffs tissues @ 99¢ each, minus 22x 1$ coupons reduced to 99¢.. I'm so happy !! Free tissues !! Wahouu !
