I never received an e-mail either. I hit the confirmation button. I will try again today and if still nothing then I will be calling Monday

I never received anything - was told to check my junk mail but nothing was there. I ended up calling in and they said "this time" they would send me one via Canada Post. Maybe try checking junk mail first?
