hey, what about "ragout de pattes do cochon"..that would be really good right now, nice and hearty and good on a cold fall night...I love it, I'll have to make some soon .(This is when I make it when no one is home, because for some reason, they all say they'd never eat pigs feet...but they've eaten them at least 2x a year for years, LOL)
