Pretty sure this is store specific....you have to buy these products at Co-op to get the $20 GC....if it's offered in other stores, they will more than likely be store specific as well....

yes it is co-op only this time, there is a rebate form in store to pick up. And yes, it states one per household address

Great rebate! I hope there will be a similar one in Ontario

Does anyone know when the rebate ends? I'd like to add it to the List of Current Mail in Rebates thread but I need a bit more info on the rebate first. I looked at the flyer but it just says "see store for details".
