I was as SOF and was looking for D-drops for my baby... as this was first time at this location and I had hard time locating them in I just asked the pharmacist. While talking to her came to know about western family (SOF brand) vitamin D-drops which are same as D-drops she said.. the only difference is that they are cheaper($9.99) than the brand name one.(D-drops $ 23.99).
Just want to ask fellow SCS if anyone has used SOF brand vitamin D drops for their babies/toddlers/kids?

We used Teddy Brand or some Pres. Choice brand when the kids were little. Exactly the same thing as the very expensive brand.

Medicines are so heavily regulated in canada, it's all the same stuff, just make sure you are getting the right dosage (so compare price per dose not price per bottle). I have several friends who are pharmasists and they always tell me to go generic for everything. And I do unless the brand name is cheaper.
