Under each Tab on the menu there is a section of Sticky threads - these are useful to look at for the topic's you're interested in.

I used to run free online groups for people new to SC and wanting to coupons
-- the groups are up with links to the slidecasts and resources, discussions people had, etc.
so you could follow along.
