I tried to use my $5 amazon.com gift cards and it said it has to be at least 10 gc has anyone had this issue before??

Nope, but I haven't used amazon.com for ages and usually put all of mine into my account at .ca and use them at $25+

I've used my $5.00 Amazon.com without issues. I don't do Amazon.ca right now because they don't have the things I want, and if I do it's still more expensive from Amazon.ca

Are you putting them into your GC account then applying them or just trying to redeem it at checkout?

I last ordered from them about a month ago, no issues. Are you by any chance trying to add them as a promo code or something? As FP said, you add them to your account, there's an option to apply your GC balance when you pay.
