The coupon is set by cashier and the 20x is set by the cash registrer computer.

And often cashier push you to "don't use your coupon because you will not have the 20x if the amount go below 50$"... So if you use coupon on 20x event that put your total below 50$ the cashier will certainly be OK to use the bonus point coupon 4000pts wus25$

Does it have any stipulations?

I bought Crest Whitening Strips and a box of chocolate. Total pretax and after coupons was 25.98. When they entered the BP, it created an error. Do strips count as meds or something?

I'd check my copy of the printed BP coupon, but it's supppper tiny writing, lol.
