ok. I'm really confused.
I've gone to Loblaws and RCSS and have been able to use their "store coupon" and then use a manufacture coupon too.
Today I went to loblaws (the same one I've stacked at before) and tried to use a store coupon for Premium Plus crackers B2G$2.50 off, and a manufacture coupon for Premium Plus B2G$2 off. Cashier said couldn't use two coupons on same product. I said it wasn't, it was store an Manufacture, and she said no and called customer services and they said no "can't do it". Fine! I asked them to void them off my bill.
I went RCSS and showed them the coupon and asked if I can use the two of them, they said NO. I asked if it was NEW store policy and she said NO.
So what has been your experience with this? Has anyone called their head office to find out if it is truly allowed, or was I just lucky the other times that I was able to stack?
Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? This thread is currently associated with: Loblaws, Real Canadian Superstore RCSS

I tried it once at RCSS it worked perfectly, went back the following week it didn't work!
I guess it all depends on cashier.

I asked for their policy in writing last week (from RCSS West) and they had their Head Office e-mail me. Here is the response:
Thank you for taking the time to write to us.
Please see the policy below on manufactured coupons.
We do accept manufacturer coupons however they must have "To The Dealer or Retailer" text on them. They cannot be past expiration and the cashier must follow the exact instructions as laid out by the coupon. The disclaimer “one per purchase” or “one per customer” means only one coupon can be used per transaction regardless of the number of units you are purchasing. If the disclaimer reads “one coupon per item” you would be able to redeem as many coupons as units you are purchasing per transaction. At this time we do not offer anything like “double coupon” or “double stacking days”. If any of the coupons you are redeeming for an item say “cannot be combined with any other offer” than you are not able to redeem a second coupon on that item. Lastly, we do accept “2 for 1” coupons as long as they adhere to the above mentioned stipulations. We also often have in store “2 for 1” sales and promotions for which a coupon is not necessary.
Thank you again for your e-mail. Please do not hesitate to contact me again if I can answer any further questions for you.

Incidentally, even though I shop at "RCSS West", the e-mail itself came from RCSS East. I haven't tried stacking or using internet printed coupons at RCSS since I was treated like a "scam artist" (LOL) a few times earlier this month. (I was just wanting to stack coupons on two items each time....wasn't cleaning out shelves or anything.) I get treated ncredibly well at Save-on-Foods, London Drugs, No-Frills, Rexall, SDM, etc., so I have dropped RCSS from my list. I much prefer to shop at places where cashiers say "wow....great job"!

I tried and was not allowed, I used a store and a manufacturers coupon. No luck. Wish they had one standard rule.

I've tried it and our RCSS in WIndsor, works all the time. However, when I tried it at Zehrs, same company, I have different results. Some do, some don't. I've even been asked a few times at RCSS in Windsror, but one cashier, if I had other coupons of the same, and she let me use three brandsavers )one blue, one pink and one newspaper, with the manufacturer's coupon on one item earlier this week (can't remember which), yet when i tried to do one store and one manufacturer today, they flat out refused at RCSS today. I would have pushed it, but it was for $1, not worht my time today. I will at other times tough, as I've been told by the manager you're allowed.
