A friend went today and purchased over $75.00 for sure. I think she used her coupons at the beginning as every item went through. Rookie mistake I told her.
So she bought $75.00 after coupons. ANYWAY she got home and found somethig rang up wrong. She is going back in the morning for SCOP. Will this return and SCOP hurt her 20Xpoints at all? In other words will they go back and not award them because the SCOP will take her under $75.00? I don't want to mislead her so I thought i would ask the pros. Thanks

pretty sure it would take away the 20x. if it goes under $75- despite their mistake

i think as long as u spend $75 before tax and coupon, u should be fine.

If taking the item away makes it under $75 before coupons, she loses the 20x.

Ask the manager to do it for you, they can punch a key number where it doesn't affect your return (scop).
