If you have a problem with a product they will just tell you to take it back to the store for exchange or refund (with proof of purchase) because of their guarantee.

PC doesn't send out coupons.

I don't even care about a coupon, don't want a coupon, just want to talk to somebody because I bought a box of their scallops and tonight at dinner I found a chunk of plastic inside one! still have the plastic and the box they came in so I'm trying to figure out who to talk to to send the plastic in to them or whatever so they can figure out where it came from and hopefully make sure it never happens again.
