    My first SC brag! I LOVE CT Scratch & Win Events!

    Most of the cards we rescued from the recycle bin were for the chocolates + $5, but 4 were for the $20 So on Friday DD1, DD2, DDBF, and I headed to CT.

    I got 2x Glass Bowl sets (gift for DM) and 2x Glass Batter Bowls (one for each DD who love to bake) all @ $4.99 each (reg $12.99 each) and a plastic bag @ 5¢. I payed the tax with a Kelloggs MasterCard (Cash For Gas promo). Oop $0.00 (Kind of wishing now that I had gotten the Chocolate Fountain that was on sale for $29.99, and waited to get these items during Boxing week, but didn't want to risk them not being on sale then, as they are needed and the fountain is more of a want).

    DD1 got a pink CD Player (gift for DD2) @ $19.99. Cashier said don't worry about the penny. Paid the tax with a Kelloggs MasterCard. Oop $0.00

    DD2 got a Black & Decker Blender (gift for Mom ) @ $29.99 (reg $69.99)
    $33.89 (tax incl) -$20 promo -$5 Kelloggs MasterCard = $8.89 Oop

    DDBF got the Cuisinart Knife Set (gift for DD1/chef-in-training) @ $44.99 (reg $149.99!).
    $50.84 (tax incl) -$20 promo -$5 Kelloggs MasterCard = $25.84 Oop

    Friday Total @ Reg Price $346.50 (tax incl)
    Friday Total @ Sale Price $129.88 (tax incl)
    Friday Total Oop $34.72

    On Saturday we went to redeem our chocolate cards. Gave 2 cards to the couple in line behind us, who on the way out, gave their boxes to DD's. Said they didn't like that chocolate and that they wouldn't use the coupon as they would be away. Then on Sunday, DD2 went to CT with the GP's. Three more Lindor + $5.

    All in all we got 9 boxes of Lindor (reg price $1.49 plus tax = $15.15)

    Weekend Total @ Reg Price $361.65
    Our Total Oop $34.72
    Total Savings $326.93 (+ $45 in Boxing Week Savings!)
