I HAVE to win this contest, so to hopefully up my chances of getting votes, I will offer a 10$ GC to a store in my area(zellers,walmart,shoppers etc) to 1 winner. All you have to do is vote, and than post in here that you voted. Once the contest is over I will choose a winner using random.org.

I recently stumbled on a contest, that is almost over (closes December 23rd) so I am REALLLLLY hoping you lovely people here on SC can help me out! and quick. It's to win a trip to Niagara falls for new years eve(as a finalist) at which point they choose a grand prize winner to come BACK for a week. all expence paid blah blah. But this means more than a trip to me, because as most of you know,, Niagara is MY HOME!!!!! I would love nothing more than to go and have fun at someone else's expense AND visit with my family! So if you could vote, I would appreciate it more than anything in the whole wide universe!!!!!!

Update: Contest is now over, they are tallying up the results and the 3 finalist will be announced 1 at a time periodically through the day sometime before 10 pm. Thank you all for your support and votes. It meant a lot I of course will update again when they announce the finalists.

Update: I had some last minute christmas shopping to do today, and my phone rang as I waited for the bus to go home. It was a 905 area code number and my heart started racing. It was the call. I am a finalist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
She probably thought I was nuts, I was so overjoyed and squealing with happiness she couldn't help but laugh. She told me I couldn't announce my win publicly until they did officially on their website(which they just did, here is my winning annoucement on facebook:
Niagara Falls Tourism Bring me back home. Well there’s a request we cannot refuse. Finalist #3. Krystle lives a long way from her Dad, friends and family, considering she lives waaay out in New Brunswick air fare is a little pricey. We LOVE family reunions at Niagara Falls Tourism at that is why Krystle is our third finalist on this contest. BUT WAIT we have yet to announce “BEST PHOTO”. But that will have to wait until the end of tomorrow!!! Stay Tuned

I really can't even explain how I feel right now. I think it's still too surreal. She told me a bit of whats going to happen. we are staying at the double tree fallsview resort/spa. We will be having dinner at the skylon one night, lunch at margaritaville new years eve, and dinner at old stone in restaurant that night. After that dinner, we will be wisked away to the back stage of Canada largest new years eve bash. I will be interviewed for a few moments, and the winner for the grand prize will be announce shortly after. This will all be televised, so for those interested and dont have plans, watch ET canada ring in the new year in niagara!!! I'll be there!!!!!!!!!!! Thank all with everything that I am for making this possible for me!!!!! You are an absolutely amazing bunch of people who I am very proud and thankful to call my family.
