    it is live again, I logged into my account that I never did get an order processed through the other day and it asked me one question and only gave me two samples (I had 8 the other day when it froze and wouldn't let me submit the order)....I then set up an account for my mom who doesn't have a computer, it asked all the questions and gave her 8 samples...seems as though you might want to delete your existing account if you got that far the other day and couldn't complete and start over...

    I checked off "other" on each question............................... maybe that helps?

    I can't believe it! I thought I had missed this since I was out all day April 3rd and waited all day yesterday and gave up. Missed it this morning and by chance viewed this post and thanks to linaka54 informing that it's live again (I signed in at 3:50PM) I finally got one and 8 samples to boot! Yipee!

    So what I am trying say is don't give up, keep at it if you really want it and hopefully it will come!
