I am rather new to SC and couponing; does anyone know where you can find tear pads in Regina? I have looked at Sobeys on Rochdale, but I haven't been able to find any...any suggestions would be appreciated!

Last time I was in Regina looking I found lots at Sobey's on South Albert & Co-op on Quance
I am currently looking for coupons for non parishable foods or grocery coupons good until December to help with Christmas food helpers.

Shoppers usually has some. I go to the Landmark location.

Not sure about Regina but in Saskatoon it seems that the coupons are found in the first two weeks of the month. Good luck.

Safeway (Northgate) and Superstore (Rochdale) have tear pads. I know you may have to go up and down each isle at Safeway but Superstore they are right at the entrance doors.

Yeah ive also had trouble finding coupons but the only places ive looked is the Superstore and Walmart, I always thought Walmart would have some coupons at least?

If anyone is looking for them - Sherwood Coop has the .75 coupon for goldfish crackers. But they expire on Feb. 13th.
