Check kjiji, or forums specific to cellphones and they usually have a selling/buying section for you to browse to buy a phone and it can be used or new from people selling.
Try Apple store if you want an actual store
Try Pacific Mall in Markham ... they have cellphone stores that sells them unlockedPlease use my Orange Key when Signing up for ING DIRECT. When your first deposit is $100 or more, you will get a bonus of $25.

kijiji, pacific mall, or a store in the pickering sells them dirt cheap but they are not unlocked so you will have to go with rogers, they are 850 on boxing day.

This is the newest version of the iPhone. If you can find it really cheap, you probably don't want it (most likely stolen or defective).

Apple only has sales twice a year on their products, your best bet would be trying to find someone selling their phone that is still under warranty, so you could buy the extended protection coverage on the phone. Checking the warrenty can be done online and the owner of the phone would be able to print off the serial # and when it expires. This would actually be safer then buying it from a suspicious store, you should never buy apple products not sold by an authorized apple re-seller, it could be fake, stolen, or just plain not work and have no warranty. If you buy it from someone trying to sell it second hand, and it's still under warrenty and does not work, apple care will fix or replace it, and they're extremely good about it. My DH had his iPhone replace 3 times and we had our keyboard replaced, no questions asked.
