    Hello!
Little one is 3 months so I am looking at buying a high chair in the next few days or weeks. I have looked at babies r us and they currently have a few ones at 30% off until January 12th. I'd like to see if some of you were able to get better deals than that, if so, when and where. I received a $50 GC for babies r us so that sort of limits my options but I'm curious to see and mostly don't want buyers remorse when I know I could have saved more and we are tight on money. Thanks for your help!

Try looking on K i j i j i for a high chair. Often you can pick up one in near new condition for a fraction of the cost!

go with a chair that has the least amount of bells and whistles.. you want something that you can wipe down easily and don't have to worry about food getting crushed and stuck into seams and cracks something that can easily come apart and hose off (or more likely toss in the tub/shower... yes i've done this lol spaghetti can get super messy!) i was a fan of the Ikea high chair it's simple.. it's cheap! and is pretty much 4 legs and a molded piece of plastic for a seat (and another for a chair) it's also not bulky

With Zellers current 50% facebook coupon, you may be able to find a pretty good high chair there!

I bought mine off kijiji for $25 and it has lasted 3 years no problem. Great investment for sure!

I haven't looked but I'm guessing they probably sell Fisher Price and like brands. Perhaps not as high quality as TRU or specialty stores but not everyone needs or wants that.

My highchair is a FP and it's great. No bells or whistles but cleans super easily and very durable.

Just thought Zellers was worth looking at.

It's been a few years, but the one that we had attached to one of your dining room chairs, and it was great! Who has room for another chair in your dining room anyhow?

You could take it apart to wash, and you could even put the pieces in the dishwasher. It had a tray that you could remove too. I think it was made by The First Years?

I agree. All my friends told me that the big ones will take up a lot of space and be more annoying than anything. We have one that attaches to your chair and it is awesome. We bought another one for our second son as we still use the first one as a booster seat.

This one is our newest and you can put a newborn in it as well:

the only flaw to the ones that attach to the chair is they can get stuck to the chair (yes this happened to us!) with little bits of food/liquid turning into nearly a glue sticking the booster seat to a kitchen chair

I bought a Graco high chair for $65 a couple years ago, 50% off. I love it. It's now onto child #2 and still looks new! I also had a chair that attahced to the table but I liked the mobile chair that I could bring right into where I was working in the kitchen (we live in a non-open concept house) and my baby would be right where I could keep an eye on her!

All great suggestions, thank you! We ended up with a Eddie Bauer at 79$ of which we only had to pay $29 + gst.

I need to get push chairs for my 3 kids. One that’s suitable for two new born, second for 12 months old child and third for my 9 month old daughter. Can anyone tell me where can I get such push chairs on affordable price?
    Many Thanks!

My prima pappa by Peg lasted through 8 kids and still going strong. I liked it cause it reclined and it went up and down, had wheels and folded really easy and could go in the trunk. Washed great too
