Here's the Dare MIR form that's come out recently. I got a couple from Chimmi (thank you! ). I haven't been able to find it anywhere in the Vancouver area so far. Still a lot of time for it to make it's appearance, though. The deadline for purchases is June 15 '12 and the envie has to be postmarked by June 29 '12.

BTW, where's the thread that somebody posted about this? I've looked and looked and can't find it.
