Anyone ever find coupon inserts in these freebie Vancouver newspapers?

FYI, for anyone downtown, I found these tear pad coupons at Shoppers on Homer/Nelson tonight:

$2.00 Dove InvisibleCare Body Wash
$3.00 Any adult Tylenol Cold & Sinus product
$2.00 Any adult Benylin All-in-One Cold & Flu product
$3.00 Tylenol Arthritis Pain product 50 caps or larger

I've been hunting for the coupon inserts for years and I've never seen or heard of them being in those freebie papers. If you're downtown, the best bet is the Saturday Vancouver Sun and/or the Sunday province.

The Shoppers on Homer/Nelson is just two blocks from where I live but I almost never go there. I usually hunt for coupons outside the downtown peninsula. Good to hear the coupons are there, though!

Thanks for the info! I'll focus on the Vancouver Sun and Province. My mission for this weekend is to snag a few SmartSource inserts - hoping people recycle them in our building so I don't have to pay for the papers.

I live a block from Shoppers so I guess we're neighbours ;-) I don't go there often but was surprised to see high-value coupon tear pads. I didn't go into the make-up/beauty aisles, so maybe there are more to be had!

I find the Michael's inserts in either the Courier or WestEnder (can't remember). I can also tell you not to bother with the Shopper's at Davie - they never have tearpads.

Michaels inserts are in the either the Courier and the Westender too. A freebie was in the Metro paper a while ago for Biore nose strips that's all I remember

The north shore news carries the Inserts if you are ever on the north shore. They even put them in the Newspaper Boxes.

So is the only way to get redplum and smartsource inserts in Vancouver to buy the Province/Sun/National post?
I live in New West so I get them in my paper (sometimes) but I'm trying to recruit my co-workers to get inserts for me too. They all say that they don't get the paper though, so I'm bummed. For some reason I never receive the redplum.. The paper has a habit of not even coming on redplum Saturday
